This is cryptically about drug addiction. It uses the metaphor from gambling of the “snakes eyes”, where if you roll 2 dice that have 1 on them it means you lose and the 2 dots look like snakes eyes. Also the “poison” of drugs is compared to the venom of a snake. It is not a pro drug or anti drug song. It just talks about them.
